In addition to a pleasant working environment we offer numerous possibilities and opportunities to substantiate and develop your career. This includes an amiable owner/boss, really great colleagues and a professional working environment. We are a small team of almost 20 people, many have been working for alle freiheit between five and ten years. All of us shape the agency’s spirit.
We all get along very well, respect and support each other. There are no rivalries and certainly no bullying. We talk about differences of opinion and move them out of the way. After all, as a communication agency you should be able to talk to and with each other. We do that happily and often – not only during meetings or at joint lunches at the large table. It’s important to all of us to feel at ease at work!

Even if all this sounds very chill: on a small team, every single cogwheel must function reliably and accurately and do its job. Every one of us has their own specialization and partly their own customer responsibilities – this requires a lot of self-organization and solid knowledge of one’s discipline. No matter what your path up to the deadline looks like: the result must be impeccable and of high quality.

At alle freiheit, a challenging and diverse set of projects awaits you. The focus of the majority of our customers is on B2B communication, some even are hidden champions. We rarely have contact with genuine lifestyle products or with B2C communication. But that doesn't have to be boring. In our opinion: teasing out the non-obvious is very attractive, demanding and a real challenge that allows you to grow professionally.

Work-life balance and the compatibility of family and career are not empty phrases, but lived practice. Many of us are parents, all have partners. We strive for a punctual end to the working day and manage to achieve it – with few exceptions. Flexible hours and home office arrangements help (equipment and projects allowing). However, in principle, our boss always has an open ear for everything and anything.
